How to enroll

U.S. Open Enrollment begins Monday, November 10 and ends at 8:59 pm PT on Friday, November 21, 2025. The benefits you choose will be effective January 1, 2026.

Only some benefits roll over automatically

When you log in to the Adobe benefits enrollment site, make sure everything in the system is correct, including your contact information, dependents, and life insurance beneficiaries. Be sure to go through the full process, and select any programs that require enrollment.

Your dental coverage for 2026 will default to the Delta Dental Plus plan (your current dental plan) if you don’t enroll.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

If you are enrolled in the HSA in 2025, your per-pay-period election will roll over to 2026. Note that, because there will be an extra pay period in 2026, Adobe will automatically reduce your per-pay-period election if the total would exceed the IRS annual contribution limit.

If you want to increase your contribution amount to meet the new IRS limit or make a lump-sum contribution on specific payroll dates, you will need to enter those elections in the Adobe benefits enrollment site.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

Dependent Care and Health Care FSA elections will roll over. Review your contributions to make sure they are in line with your current needs and to see if you should take advantage of the higher contribution limits for 2026.

If you have a Dependent Care FSA, be sure to opt out for 2026 if your child is no longer eligible (e.g., they turned 13).

Short-term disability (outside of California)

If you work outside California, your short-term disability coverage will default to the STD Plus plan if you don’t enroll, and you will have contributions deducted from your pay in 2026.

To enroll in voluntary long-term care (LTC) insurance from November 10 to December 12 through Trustmark, visit the LTC enrollment site.
