Medical, dental, and vision coverage
Your Subtitle Goes Here
Choose the medical plan that best fits your life.
You can choose to enroll in the Delta Dental plan for all your dental care needs, from regular checkups to orthodontia. We will continue to monitor locations, such as the Bay Area, where many dentists are opting out of accepting insurance, to ensure that we continue to offer the most extensive network to Adobe families.
You can choose between two options for vision coverage: VSP Vision Basic and VSP Vision Plus.
There will be no increases to employee dental and vision contributions for 2025. Get complete dental and vision coverage details, and see your contributions.
Health Savings Account (HSA)

If you contributed to the HealthEquity HSA in 2024, your per-pay-period election will roll over to 2025. However, lump-sum elections based on specific payroll dates will not roll over; you’ll need to reenter those in the Adobe benefits enrollment site.
In 2025, the maximum amount you can contribute to your HSA is increasing to $4,300 for individuals and $8,550 for families, per IRS guidelines. The catch-up contribution limit if you’re 55 or older remains $1,000.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

If you participate in the Health Care FSA or Dependent Care FSA in 2024, your elections will roll over for 2025. However, it’s important to review your contributions to make sure they are in line with your current needs. The maximum Health Care FSA contribution for 2025 is increasing to $3,300. You can contribute $5,000 to the Dependent Care FSA.
Life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance
Your Subtitle Goes Here
Your current supplemental life and AD&D insurance elections will automatically carry over for 2025. However, Open Enrollment is a good time to review your coverage and make any changes based on your current needs.
If you’ve bought a house, had a change to your family, or just reevaluated your financial situation, consider the amount of insurance you’ll need to take care of your loved ones and any debt you’d be leaving behind.
During Open Enrollment, you can increase your supplemental life coverage by up to $150,000 with no evidence of insurability (EOI)—or more with EOI—and add to your accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage. You can also increase or decrease supplemental life insurance for your spouse or domestic partner and dependent children.
Legal assistance

Some life changes, like purchasing a home or caring for aging parents, are easier with legal counsel. Our MetLife plans can cover you, your spouse, and your dependents, and you have the option to add your parents.
When you sign up for the MetLife legal plan, you’ll have access to an online portal of attorneys for covered services, digital estate planning, and four hours of legal advice for uncovered matters. Keep in mind that you must already have legal insurance prior to the occurrence of a major life event for it to be covered.
Your 2024 election will automatically roll over to 2025. During Open Enrollment, you can add or change coverage for yourself or your parents.
Deferred compensation plan (for director level and above)
Your Subtitle Goes Here
The deferred compensation plan (DCP) allows participants to put eligible compensation into a tax-deferred vehicle.
If your position is director level or above, and you would like to enroll, visit Nolan (or SSO) during the enrollment period, which is November 11–22 (the same as Open Enrollment for 2025 benefits).
Even if you’re already enrolled in the DCP, you need to reenroll; elections do not automatically roll over from year to year. While you’re on the site, review and update your beneficiaries.
For your convenience, when you log in to your Vanguard 401(k) account, you will also see your DCP balance.
Review your beneficiaries

Don’t forget to update your beneficiaries if you’ve had any life changes, such as marriage, divorce, birth, or adoption. You can do this at any time, but Open Enrollment is a convenient time to check whether any changes are needed.
Visit these sites to update your beneficiaries:
- Life and AD&D insurance: Adobe benefits enrollment site
- HSA: HealthEquity HSA (or SSO)
- 401(k): Vanguard (or SSO)
- DCP: Nolan (or SSO)
